Do you deliver to my neighbourhood?
Muslim eMart delivers to whole Singapore (exclude Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa, CBD)
When can I have the items delivered?
There are 2 delivery slots available daily. Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity, so place your order in advance to guarantee the slot you want.
What are the delivery timings?
We deliver to you six days a week.
Our delivery hours are 1000hr to 1300hr & 14oohr to 1700hr.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charges is $8.
For express delivery of 3 hrs, delivery charges of $15 applies.
Free delivery for orders above $100.
What if I’m not home during delivery?
If you are not able to let us know ahead of time and miss your delivery, please contact us via email at muslimemartsg@gmail.com or call us at 89345067. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
Please note that if orders are cancelled or if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slots, Muslim eMart reserves the right to charge the Customer a cancellation or re-delivery fee of S$12.00
